With a brand new design, the ultimate manual ravioli-machine RM17 works in combination with restaurant type press of La Parmigiana, using two pasta sheets during their extrusion directly from press. Provided with a filling container with larger capacity and rapid hooking system. An easier system of molds changing has been studied to help operator. A really new filling adjusting system provides ravioli production of every type, dimension and weight.
Double sheet ravioli semi-automatic forming machine with interchangeable molds. It can combines with D35 and D35BASIC; D45-C press. It works utilizing sheets directly from the press during extrusion. RM17 produces cut /non-separated ravioli: rectangular, square, triangular, round and half-moon. Pasta sheet movement comes from press. Pression on filling by crank. Quantity of filling adjustable by a potentiometer on control panel.
