ESS 600 Static Dryer

Static dryer for production of up to 600 kg of short pasta, suitable for laboratories and shops. Modular structure in high-density insulating pre-coated/hot-coated metal sheets panels, 60mm thick, suitable for contact with food. The ESS600 allows professional drying of pasta thanks to the inovative technology with hot water batteries.

The internal part of the dryer is of new design and controls the distribution of two-way air flows with precission. Added to that the new moisture extraction, aspiration and heating units are the distingusing features of all La Parmigiana Dryers.

The Inovative PLC with advanced processor can complete the drying cycles with automatic managment. Manual Managment is also an options where the operator can set up 32 drying cycles for each recipe. Every cycle can be autonomously set in: temperature, humidity, time and sense of ventilation, pauses and humidity injection (if supplied).
