Baby 2800 Super croissant machine, is suitable for the production of plain croissants and it is the most flexible solution for productions of 1.500 up to 2.800 pcs/h.
Production of croissants with various weights from 10 gr up to 150 gr can be achieved with minimum space requirements, since the size of the machine does not exceed a foot print of 1.50m x 1.60m.
The curling of the croissants is performed with a subtle way so as not to impose any alterations on the quality of the finished product.
