Blast freezing installation KTT Blizzard Blast Freezer (-38°C/-20°C)

Solid construction, maximum refrigeration capacity, innovative evaporator design and intelligent airflow – these are the essential features of an efficient blast freezer. High output rates of up to 600 kg per hour/per trolley are no problem.

The space requirements are low thanks to ceiling evaporators which are exclusively manufactured for KOMA and have inclined fan motors – so the unit is ideal for incorporating into an existing production facility.
