This is the first robot system from Werner & Pfleiderer for the completely automatic of loading and unloading of the ovens. The smart electronic control system OBER can run automatically depending on the parameters that have been inserted.

The OBER system improves the function for the step of processing the dough during loading and unloading until the automatic transport of the finished goods in the department of freighting. The OBER system can handle up to 8 deck ovens or 48 decks or 8 tonns of dough per day.   You win 15% more place for baking and the personell can decrease up to 60%. Indicative the loading and the unloading of a Matador oven with 5 decks can be done in 3.5 minutes.
