The Rototherm rack oven is the first in sales rack oven of Werner & Pfleiderer. It is very functional, practical and guarantees uniform baking. It has been designed for continuous baking, making use of a very efficient and improved steaming and spreading of steam system in the baking chamber. The uniformity of steaming is guaranteed by the extraction at the bottom of the baking chamber, which positively guides the steam flow ensuring first class baking results. The Rototherm oven can be equipped with semiautomatic or completely automatic control systems. The Rototherm oven is available in two sizes REC 1020, suitable for trays with dimensions 600x800mm and REC 1280, suitable for trays with dimensions 600x1000mm.
