The BIP-72 pre-proofer of WP-Haton is suitable for middle and large size Bakeries.
The pre-proofer moves continuously and consists of stainless steel panels ans plexiglass windows. The baskets are made of polyethylene and have an automatic turning system and diameter of 190mm.
The pre-proofer is equipped with UV lamps for sterilization (pasteurization) and can be equipped with automatic clima system, air exhaust fan and central connection with the other machines like divider, rounder and moulder.
